Cross Culture Arts Festival 2009 is an annual event held by the Surabaya City Government in cooperation with all community elements in order to converse and develop traditional arts of Surabaya and other cities in Indonesia, as well as various International arts.

Theme: “Through 2009 Cross Culture Festival We Establish The Spirit of World Diversity”

This event will be held on 16th to October 18th, 2009 in some locations in Surabaya City.
